Information on the possibilities
of modern aesthetic orthopedics
Aesthetics is gaining more and more importance in the field of medicine.
The top German health care specialists are leaders in the most modern techniques of aesthetic medicine, which today is expected by patients. They are thus able to fulfill even the most demanding wishes of their patients.
The best example is Lingual Orthodontics · Intechnique.
This is certainly the most aesthetic method for correcting teeth – the braces cannot be seen from the outside – which was (further-) developed to perfection in Germany. This method is today often used in those cases where, for example, adults wish to have perfect, straight teeth, but shy away from wearing unsightly braces.

This can be easily illustrated using the example of Lingual Orthodontics · Intechnique:
Although this invisible correction of the teeth is indisputably the most aesthetic form of orthodontics, very few people know about it.
Because relatively few orthodontists are currently using this technique, this alternative is still unavailable to a large part of the population.
Promoting aesthetic orthodontics is, therefore, also a matter of making this information available to as many potential patients as possible.
We would, therefore, like to inform you here of the diverse possibilities of aesthetic orthodontics.

Education and further training of health care specialists
In the above-mentioned field of Lingual Orthodontics · Intechnique, the education and further training of health care specialists will soon contribute to a wider spread awareness of the possibilities of modern medical techniques, which will then benefit more patients.
This will serve to encourage more specialists to offer these services.
The resulting increased demand for, and increased awareness of, these techniques will also serve to give impetus to the continued scientific development of new medical concepts.
This is an additional goal of the German Association for Aesthetic Orthodontics (DGÄK).
